Coach With Purpose. Coach To Win.
At RPB Volleyball, we are building more than teams. We are building confident athletes, strong leaders, and a competitive volleyball culture rooted in family, development, and high standards.
We are currently seeking coaches for our upcoming 2026–27 indoor girls and boys volleyball season, including developmental coaches for younger athletes and competitive coaches for our 13U–18U teams.
Whether you are an experienced club coach, former player, teacher, mentor, or rising coach ready to grow, there may be a place for you at RPB Volleyball.
Two Coaching Paths

Future Stars Coaches
Ages 10U-12U
Help young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. This coaching path is ideal for teachers, former players, parent-coaches with volleyball experience, college students, and positive mentors who enjoy developing younger athletes.

Competitive Team Coaches
Girls & Boys Ages 13U-18U
Lead motivated athletes in a competitive club environment. Competitive coaches help with practice planning, player development, tournament preparation, game strategy, team culture, and accountability throughout the 2026-27 indoor season.
Why Coach With RPB?
