Our Story
RPB Volleyball was born during a season when families needed stability, athletes needed a place to belong, and coaches needed to step forward with purpose.
What began in 2025 as a new volleyball home quickly became something much bigger. RPB Volleyball helped protect the season for more than 65 families by keeping athletes on the court, teams together, and the focus where it belonged: on the players.
The 2025–2026 season was not built under perfect conditions. It was built through commitment, trust, long nights, full gyms, family support, and athletes who refused to let uncertainty define their experience.
Together, we defied the odds.
Today, RPB Volleyball continues to grow as a family-rooted, athlete-centered club serving Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach County.

Our Commitment
TRAINING
Technical training is the foundation of our program. We teach athletes how to improve individual skills, understand the game, compete with purpose, and function as part of a team.
STAFF & LEADERSHIP
RPB Volleyball is led by coaches, parents, educators, and community members who care deeply about the athlete experience. Our staff is committed to teaching the game, building confidence, modeling accountability, and creating a positive environment for growth.
TEAM PERFORMANCE
RPB Volleyball teams compete with pride across local, regional, and travel events. We measure success through development, effort, team growth, competitive results, and the way our athletes represent their families, teammates, and club.

JOURNEY
Club volleyball requires time, energy, sacrifice, and trust. We take that seriously. We also believe the experience should be joyful, meaningful, and full of moments athletes will carry with them for years.
However, we strongly believe that having RPBV be a fun and happy place is equally as important to the success of each player and team. If players are having fun, they want to come to practice and give their all.
With effort and commitment come progress and growth. Players are balanced and able to give emotionally to their teammates. RPB Volleyball players, families and coaches enjoy the journey.

For College, Career, and Life
RPB Volleyball prepares athletes for more than the next match. Through training, teamwork, leadership, discipline, responsibility, and commitment, our athletes develop skills that carry into high school, college, careers, and life.
For athletes who want to pursue volleyball beyond high school, we support their growth with guidance, honest feedback, and development-focused coaching. For every athlete, our goal is the same: help them become confident competitors, strong teammates, and capable young people.
